The Greater Punjab Officers Co-operative House Building Society Ltd. Mohali was formed with a sole aim to provide affordable housing plots to its members. The membership of the society is given to only officers from central government and state government. The size of plots is kept as 350, 500 and 1000 sq yard. The whole land falls in the residential zone of Mullanpur master plan (New Chandigarh), which has been prepared by Jurong international of Singapore. The Society site falls in Sector – 3C & 4C adjacent to DLF Hyde Park and GMADA Eco-city – I.
